These are exercises I have recommended a patient, with a disc related injury, to do at home to strengthen the muscles around the injury site. Please visit your physiotherapist for a proper diagnosis and treatment schedule.

Here he obtained invaluable experience working alongside some of the best sports doctors and physios in Melbourne.

From there Joshua moved down to Geelong for 3 years at Geelong Hospital working in intensive care, surgical, respiratory and orthopaedic physiotherapy.
