A patient with sciatic pain caused from gluteal muscles needed a series of exercises to help relieve the pain. These are the exercises I had asked him to do at home while I was also treating him to. Though these are exercises that are specific to this patient, they are also general enough that they may assist many others presenting with similar pain.
